Online Registration Forms

1. Click on the appropriate registration form. It will take you to a Google Forms page. 
2. Once you have submitted your registration form and submit, you will be directed to an online payment system. 
3. Please make your payment online and you will receive your receipt via email.

Note: The captain is NOT required to register or pay a fee! This is for women and girls competing in the tournament only!
